摘要: This study mainly investigated the effectiveness of Information and Communication Technologies in promoting disseminating information to users at Museum House Culture (MHC). Spesifically, sought identify communication channels used, examine application ICT online onsite museum services patterns use, determine challenges faced applying users. The sample size consisted 72 respondents (48 staf fand 24 users). Data for this were collected using documentary review, questionnaires, interviews, focus group discussion observation. Whereas quantitative data analysed SPSS qualitative subjected content analysis. findings revealed that MHC uses various electronic computerised preferred by majority respondents. effective utilisation included inadequate skills, funds, technological obsolescence technophobia among staff. concludes that, although different ICTs its operations, links have a lot weaknesses challenges. Thus, recommends formulation Policy place staff development plan addition increasing public awareness on potentiality.
