摘要: Abstract We studied the influence of protein ingestion on therapeutic efficacy and metabolic effects levodopa in Parkinson's disease. Among eight patients, differing symptomatic control, neurologic scores (normal 0, maximal 100) 2 g per kilogram body weight were, at 8 a.m., 27.8 ± 2.1 (mean S.E.M.)and 3 p.m., 46.7 2.6(p < 0.001). On 10 day were 24.6 a.m. 24.1 2.7 p.m. In seven patients maintained 0.5 for two months to one year, requirements diminished progressively. Measurement growth hormone five off showed low constant levels without normal fluctuations. Near patterns found six levodopa, but tended flatten out also taking a high diet. Although affects calcium metabolism, levelsand total no correlation 15 levodopa. Ourfindin...
