摘要: In this paper, we take the transmission 3 × linear polarization Mueller matrix images of unstained thin slices human cervical and thyroid cancer tissues, analyze their multispectral behavior using transformation (MMT) parameters. The experimental results show that for both cancerous characteristic features transmitted MMT parameters can be used to distinguish normal abnormal areas. Moreover, Monte Carlo simulations based on sphere-cylinder birefringence model (SCBM) provide additional information relations between spectral microstructures tissues. Comparisons simulated data confirm contrast mechanism imaging detection is breaking down birefringent tissues cancer, or formation surrounding structures accompanying inflammatory reaction cancer. It also testified that, techniques more detailed microstructural diagnosis applications.
