摘要: Abstract Amnesic mild cognitive impairment (MCI) represents a risk of developing Alzheimer's disease (AD), but not all MCI subjects progress to dementia AD type. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) cortical and hippocampal atrophy supports early diagnosis in subjects, while frontal event-related oscillations (EROs) at delta frequencies ( EROs volumetric MRI data were recorded 28 amnesic healthy elderly controls (HCs). collected during standard visual oddball paradigm including frequent (66.6%) rare (33.3%; targets be mentally counted) stimuli. Peak-to-peak amplitude target Frontal volume was lower compared the HC group. Furthermore, widespread former than latter Finally, there positive correlation between as whole These results suggest that reflect neurodegeneration continuum normal subjects.
