摘要: During the differentiation of skeletal muscle, mononucleated myoblasts fuse to form multinucleated myotubes. After fusion, both DNA synthesis and nuclear division cease. When clones chick embryonic leg muscle consisting myotubes are infected with Rous sarcoma virus, (as measured by thymidine-3H incorporation) is induced in nuclei within 24 hours. On other hand, not reactivated. These findings indicate that restriction which attends formation irreversible since RSV, an RNA reactivates mature myotubes.
