摘要: Dermoscopy is the conventional technique used for clinical inspection of human skin lesions. However, identification diagnostically relevant morphologies can become a complex task. We report on development polarization multispectral dermoscope in vivo imaging Linearly polarized illumination at three distinct spectral regions (470, 530 and 625 nm), performed by high luminance LEDs. Processing acquired images, means filtering, produces new contrast each one specific melanin absorption, hemoglobin single scattering. Analysis such images could facilitate pathological morphologies.
