摘要: Psoriasis is a skin autoimmune disease characterized by hyperkeratosis, hyperproliferation of the epidermis and dilatation dermal papillary blood vessels. Healthy (5 volunteers) psoriatic lesions (3 patients) were visualized in vivo, with high contrast resolution, Polarization Multispectral Dermoscope Multiphoton Microscope. Psoriatic features identified quantified. The effective diameter superficial vessels was measured at 35.2 ± 7.2 μm elongated papillae had an 64.2 22.6 μm. methodologies developed could be employed for quantitative diagnostic purposes furthermore serve as monitoring method effect personalized treatments.
