Semi- and virtual 3D dosimetry in clinical practice

摘要: In this review, 3D dosimetry is divided in three categories; "true" 3D, semi-3D and virtual 3D. Virtual involves the use of measurement arrays either before or after beam entry patient/phantom, whereas phantoms mimicking patient. True dose a volume patient.There are different advantages limitations all categories systems within these categories. Choice method given case depends on aim measurement, examples verification measurements with various aims.
