摘要: During the early stages of Arabidopsis seed development, endosperm is syncytial and proliferates rapidly through multiple rounds mitosis in absence cytokinesis cell wall formation. This stage development important determining viability size. To identify genes involved we analyzed transcriptome, obtained using laser capture microdissection developing seeds at 4 days after pollination. Our results support idea that similar sets are required for conventional somatic with proliferation. Furthermore, cytoskeleton associated may act to facilitate thereby providing an resource further characterization processes development.
