摘要: The mass unemployment of the youth toady has mostly been attributed to irrelevance school curriculum. However, skills in curriculum have not subjected critical analysis empirically prove their relevance or otherwise. purpose study was therefore identify embedded curriculum, those learners acquired and that employers usually demand employees by relating them empirical findings general employees. A conceptual content used determine Purposive sampling procedure select twenty-one students fourteen key informants for an interview. data from interview were sorted out into themes coded through use NVivo 8 help counting frequencies each skill. It found senior high though generally rated as relevant, with highest focused on attitudes values while required application knowledge. On basis these findings, it can be concluded is relevant instilling but knowledge at work environment.
