摘要: The present work carried out the control of variability in biodiesel packaging through application steps DMAIC (Define Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) Six Sigma quality program. method brings together a set statistical tools for study process variability. Prior to project, period evaluated between June October year 2017 average monthly variation loss was 387.7 liters with standard deviation 421.9 liters.
