摘要: • Twenty patients with psoriasis were phototested to determine their erythemal responses UVB and psoralen-UVA (PUVA) (oral 8-methoxypsoralen). The smallest ultraviolet radiation doses produce erythema (minimal dose minimal phototoxic dose, respectively) recorded dose-response curves constructed for (24 hours after irradiation) PUVA (48 hours) using objective measurement. choice of a 48-hour measurement was validated by phototesting an additional 11 subjects the time course erythema. No correlation demonstrated between UVB, PUVA, sun-reactive skin type. mean slope curve four times steeper than that PUVA. Psoralen-UVA reached broad maximum 48 96 irradiation. Using methods we have commonly accepted view steep relationship is not valid. ( Arch Dermatol. 1989;125:1653-1657)
