摘要: Since the advent of psoralen-ultraviolet A (PUVA) therapy, value plasma 8-methoxypsoralen (8-MOP) concentrations to predict PUVA-induced erythema has been widely investigated. Plasma 8-MOP have not proportional to, and cannot alone predict, degree erythema. We assumed that was related more closely psoralen in skin tissue rather than those within blood vessels. This study designed investigate correlations between suction blister fluid (SBF) plasma, with SBF were measured 15 vitiligo patients 11 volunteers. Blood samples collected 2 h after taking 8-MOP, quantified using reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography. Eleven volunteers phototested a series doses ultraviolet at time sampling. The responses estimated visually determine minimal phototoxic dose (MPD). showed weak positive correlation concentrations, which means we could exact concentrations. MPD better log concentration concentration. These results show represent concentration, are representative level, erythemal sensitivity during PUVA therapy.
