摘要: Rapid and accurate detection of genetic mutations based on nanotechnology would provide substantial advances in polycystic kidney disease (PKD), a whose current methods are cumbersome due to the large size duplication mutated gene. In this study, nanotechnology-based DNA assay was developed for SNPs (single nucleotide polymorphisms) feline autosomal dominant PKD (ADPKD) model which can readily be adapted diagnosis human ADPKD type 1. Europium terbium phosphors were doped into gadolinium crystal hosts with magnetic core, providing stable luminescence possibility manipulations solution-based assay. A hybridization-in-solution optimized gene SNP using genomic extracted from tissue blood. This showed differentiation between control specimens. The is attractive viewpoint rapid availability, simple methodology, cost reduction clinical use detect involved other diseases.
