摘要: A semiconductor chip includes a plurality of multi-core clusters each including cores and cluster controller unit. Each unit is configured to control thread assignment within the which it belongs. The monitors various parameters measured in estimate computational demand that runs cores. may reassign threads based on estimated transmit signal an upper-level software manager controls across chip. When acceptable solution cannot be achieved by shuffling cluster, also report inability solve request system level solution.
