摘要: Two different methods for characterizing the thermal oxidative tendencies of aviation fuels have been developed. A common feature both is that fuel being tested passed through a heated tube which maintained at constant temperature throughout test duration. One closed-loop system in recirculated continuously periods up to 22 h. The other single-pass device whereby flows only once tube. These two and their relative merits are discussed some detail, extent they simulate an actual aircraft assessed alongside more established technique maintains heat flux wall allows increase
