摘要: Au nanorod arrays were fabricated using a focused gallium (Ga) ion beam (fibAu_NRs) with various levels of Ga energy. The formation AuGa2 on fibAu_NRs was controlled by adjusting the level energy and subsequent heat treatment in order to increase effect surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS). SERS enhancement factor substrates evaluated crystal violet as molecular test probe. results show that low-density increases effect, which is likely due interjunction charge transfer between AuGa2. An optimized applied trace detection melamine cyanurate milk solution high measured sensitivity.
