Recently, number centers were run by private providers, many which apply assurance programs performance management systems to care. We studied facilities Taiwan a chain see clinical outcomes operating under these systemic strategies. Hemodialysis from January 1, 2008 December 31, 2012 25 Taiwan, received consultation service provider, NephroCare (NC), included. Data pivotal analyzed. During 5-year interval, 5161 hemodialysis For volume control, proportion with weight gain ≥4.5% decreases 41.7% 30.2%. Mean Kt/V is 1.74 ± 0.28. albumin level 3.92 ± 0.38 g/dL. Patients phosphate <5.5 mg/dL up 71.8%. mean hemoglobin 10.70 ± 1.40 g/dL. More than 80% have adequate iron status. Further, 73% use native arteriovenous fistula. Hospitalization-free survival rate was 56% at fifth year. Patient year 66.4%. Overall performances maintained very stable NC this temporal data analysis. hospitalization also compare favorably those reported internationally. These results warrant further studies justify application kind
