摘要: The laser-induced fluorescence spectra of leaves Zea mays L. plants treated with different concentrations (0.01, 0.10 and 1.00 mM) cadmium were recorded in region 650–800 nm using 488 line Argon Ion laser as excitation source PMT detector. Besides this, blue-green Chl also measured third harmonic (355 nm) Nd:YAG 320 M monochromator intensified charge coupled device a detector the 400–800 nm. These have been used to analyse effect several doses on photosynthetic activities Z. plants. intensity ratios (FIR) control well calculated by evaluating curve-fitted parameters Gaussian spectral function. In addition, growth like pigments content estimated. chlorophyll ratio F685/F735 excited both 355 lines are strongly correlated (total carotenoids) their ratios. Consequently, there existed correlation between F470/F540 content.
