摘要: Proteins possess greater biochemical and structural complexity compared to conventional drug based pharmaceuticals. In the present study, we investigated effect of compression force on tablet properties, primarily enzyme activity percolation threshold have more information behaviour α- amylase powder under compaction along with detection mixture range in which is protected by excipients. The results showed that carrageenan, tragacanth agar provided maximum protection microcrystalline cellulose dicalcium phosphate dihydrate compaction. However stability studies indicated highest loss agar. compressibility different binary mixtures behaves like a brittle substance. application theory relationship between critical density as function composition revealed presence for mixture. Amylase – significant at 37.23 % (w / w) loading. Microcrystalline higher during study. However, concentrations cellulose, probably dominant particles do not protect their plastic deformation. Below i.e. amount excipient, increases strongly because shearing forces due system dominance particles. This should therefore be avoided get robust formulation.
