摘要: The development and ultrastructure of the microvasculature in malignant gliomas The ultrastructural features small blood vessels sixteen gliomas their zones infiltration were compared with normal cerebral capillaries. Extensive new vessel formation was seen both within main tumour. Immature capillaries former had a relatively simple structure slit-like lumen containing no cells; they resembled capillary buds repair tissue brain adjacent to metastasis. Near areas necrosis pleomorphic regions gliomas, endothelial cells formed complex, compound immature many rudimentary lumina. These appearances are discussed relation production tumour angiogenesis factors by occurrence gliosarcomas. There transition mature through zone infiltration; gradually changed from resemble became thinner developed villous processes on luminal surfaces. Perivascular spaces separation glial basement membranes. or cell end-feet even anaplastic but most tumours an incomplete layer around vessels. differences between alteration blood-brain barrier observed gliomas.
