Giant Magnetoresistance in Electrodeposited Films: Current Status and the Influence of Parameters

摘要: Electrodeposition of some alloys and multilayer which exhibits the giant magneto resistance (GMR) effect, have been subject numerous studies. They great potential for technological applications, such as resistive sensors magnetic recording devices. GMR effect is more usually seen in structure, when two layers are closely separated by a thin non-magnetic spacer layer. This paper deals with review literature available on electrodeposition application. The thickness magnetic, layers, number bi-layers, electrolyte pH, temperature, additives annealing process properties will be discussed.
