摘要: The ability of two synthetic peptides GEGEEGEE and DFGEEAEE to inhibit the invasiveness tumor cells has been studied. Using confocal microscopy, it was demonstrated that these specifically bind receptor for hyaluronic acid mediated motility (RHAMM) on prostate cancer cell surface. Effect invadopodia formation in studied by fluorescent gelatin degradation. images were obtained degree their analyzed assessing degradation area using ImageJ software. It found pre-incubation with at a concentration 40 μg/mL (2 × 10–7 M) inhibited more than 80%. Thus, shown may be potential antitumor agents.
