摘要: Abstract Large-scaled homogeneous multi-wall carbon nanotube (MWNT) films have been obtained at room temperature by a transfer technique. The surface morphology and microstructure features of the before after hydrogen plasma (HP) treatment were investigated scanning electron microscopy, high-resolution transmission micro-Raman spectra. electrical resistance in range 5–296 K field emission diode structure for MWNT examined. Electron microscopy results demonstrated that treated nanotubes had become open palpus-like graphite layers or covered onion-like nanoparticles. dependence on electric films, which was fitted three-dimensional variable hopping conduction, observed; slope scope film larger than untreated one. tests indicated turn-on (at 0.1 μA/cm 2 ) decreases from 3.9 to 1.5 V/μm sample is with 30 min. High spot density about 1.5×10 4  cm −2 achieved an applied 5.2 V/μm. conversion mechanism nanotubes(CNTs) reason change electronic properties discussed.
