摘要: The genus Salix (willow) contains a number of species great value as biomass crops. Efforts to breed varieties with improved yields and resistances pests diseases are limited by the lack knowledge on genetic basis traits. We have used AFLP microsatellite markers construct map willow from full-sib cross diploid viminalis (2n = 38). In accordance double pseudo-testcross approach, separate parental maps were constructed merged produce consensus comprising 291 39 markers. Nineteen poplar microsatellites also tested in willow. Five these amplified loci, which two mapped. Linkage groups that could be identified presented here spanned 1,256.5 cM an average interval between 4.4 cM.
