摘要: Micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatographic methods were established for the determination of parishin, parishin B and C in two kinds traditional Chinese medicinal formulas including Gastrodiae Rhizoma: Tsan-Siang-Tian Ma-Tang Ban-Shia-Bai-Ju-Tian-Ma-Tang. The samples analyzed using 60-cm uncoated with various concentrations sodium cholate methanol as buffer, detected at UV 222 nm. Regression equations derived showing linear relationships (correlation coefficients: 0.9991-0.9997) between peak-area ratios each marker (parishin, C) to internal standard concentration. recoveries from preparations 102.3-102.7%, 103.9-106.3% 97.8-104.0%, respectively. relative deviations three constituents ranged 1.46 3.08% (intra-day), 2.30 4.81% (inter-day). contents measured 1.92-6.07 mg/g, 4.70-5.12 mg/g 9.74-10.61 © 1998 Elsevier Science B.V.
