摘要: Background Two years after undergoing resection of liver metastases from colorectal cancer, about 65 percent patients are alive and 25 free detectable disease. We tried to improve these outcomes by treating with hepatic arterial infusion floxuridine plus systemic fluorouracil resection. Methods randomly assigned 156 at the time cancer receive six cycles dexamethasone intravenous fluorouracil, or without leucovorin, weeks similar therapy alone.
