摘要: Three wilty mutants of tomato, flacca, sitiens, and notabilis, were compared with two control normal cultivars, Rheinlands Ruhm Lukullus, for concentration abscisic acid root resistance to water flow. In addition, the three treated during development mutant plants stomatal opening resistance. The hormonal was estimated by coleoptile assay gas chromatography. Stomatal measuring rate transpiration examining leaf imprints. Root amount exudate from roots decapitated difference between osmotic pressure medium. A lower level found in all as plants. flow higher than types. All completely reverted phenotypically, including resistances, when acid. It has been suggested that first change is acid, it proceed other changes.
