摘要: We have shown liquid crystals to be members of the more general class helicoidal bianisotropic mediums (HBMs) and discussed physical realizations HBMs as crystals, cross-linked polymer networks solid thin films. Solutions time-harmonic Maxwell postulates for axial propagation in a HBM been derived terms eigenvalues eigenvectors 4 x matrix. given procedure obtain response slab normally incident plane wave exemplified our analytical results by application four mediums.
