摘要: The purpose of the research was to describe relationships between social support and role strain preventative health behav­ iors. sample consisted 62 critical care nurses employed in three southwest acute facilities. Subjects completed instruments measuring support, strain, four behaviors. Pearson correlations revealed significant positive personal/household roles women perform ways handle stress. Additional negative existed marital/relationship leisure physical activities, a subset beha­ viors. parental roles, obligations, responsibilities were also significantly related with activi­ ties. Conclusions drawn indicate that did not perceive themselves susceptible cardiovascular disease there­ fore participate regardless perceived helpful an absence
