摘要: Twenty-one eyes with conjunctival and corneal squamous cell carcinoma underwent microscopically controlled, frozen section guided excisions. Fresh/M.K./glycerine- preserved donor corneas were used to cover the defect a lamellar graft. No recurrence was seen over mean follow up of 5.5 ± 2 years (range 1–15 years). Useful visual acuity ≥ 6/24 achieved in 67% no eye had astigmatism >4D at end 1 year. Poor (<6/24) 33% studied due associated cataract. All grafts remained clear partially minimum good cosmesis all cases. complication seen, except one case which postoperative symblepharon occurred managed successfully.
