摘要: Endometrial carcinoma is the most common gynecological malignancy among women worldwide. Although treatment for EC has improved with introduction of Paclitaxel (Tax) chemotherapy, majority patients will develop resistance to treatment, leading poor prognosis. One causes chemoresistance increased ability undergo autophagy. In this study, we identified that miR-218 was significantly down-regulated in Tax-resistant cells compared non-drug resistant cell lines, and overexpression sensitized paclitaxel paclitaxel. Moreover, demonstrated directly binds 3’-UTR HMGB1 gene. upregulated cells, it mediated autophagy contributed chemotherapy endometrial vitro. HMGB1-mediated could be suppressed by Tax cells. summary, determined targeting role regulation on during These results reveal novel potential against carcinoma.
