摘要: Abstract We studied the leaching of copper and zinc from particles discarded boat paint added to tap water (pH 7.3) rain (pH = 4.7), simulating conditions encountered during hosing or runoff antifouling waste. Leaching rates appeared be diffusion-controlled were greater in than for Zn Cu. After a period 120 h, between about 0.5% 3% total Cu 5–30% had been released aqueous phase. These observations suggest that mobilised fine particulates washdown rainfall events may important contaminants soils vicinity repair facilities.
