摘要: The intracellular distribution of glycogen during the cytodifferentiation osteoblast was studied in fetal rat tibias prefixed formalin, postfixed osmium tetroxide, embedded Epon 812, and stained with lead salts or silver methenamine. To varying degrees deposits were observed all developmental stages including preosteoblast, definitive osteocyte. In preosteoblast content maximal, occupying approximately two-thirds total cell volume. As compared to there marked reduction at peak levels cylodifferentiation essentially depleted, being superceded by a transitory depot recognizable lipid droplets. During final development exemplified osteocyte large stores again constant feature. These findings us conclude that pathways metabolism might involve phasic synthesis, mobilization, regeneration.
