摘要: Total phenolic choline ester fractions prepared from seeds of Arabidopsis thaliana and Brassica napus were analyzed by capillary LC/ESI-QTOF-MS direct infusion ESI-FTICR-MS. In addition to the dominating sinapoylcholine, 30 esters could be identified based on accurate mass measurements, interpretation collision-induced dissociation (CID) spectra, synthesis selected representatives. The compounds so far include substituted hydroxycinnamoyl- hydroxybenzoylcholines, respective monohexosides as well oxidative coupling products monolignols. Phenolic are separable reversed-phase liquid chromatography sensitively detectable using electrospray ionization spectrometry in positive ion mode. CID spectra obtained molecular ions facilitate characterization both type substitution pattern such compounds. Therefore, LC/ESI-MS/MS represents a valuable tool for comprehensive qualitative quantitative analysis this compound class. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
