摘要: SUMMARYThis study reports the first entire genetic physical map in river buffalo chromosomes by ISH-techniques. Thirty-six loci (mostly mapped FISH), of which 19 were expressed genes and 17 DNA-segments (cosmid derived-microsatellites), localized specific chromosomes. At least one molecular marker from all 31 bovine syntenic groups was assigned to each chromosome. This allowed tentative assignment syntetic chromosomes, also consideration high degree chromosome banding homologies between two species that at same cattle homoeologous bands.By adding markers U1, U3, U7, U10, U13, U16, U17, U25, U28 U29 genome somatic cell hybrid technique, a total 54 is genome.
