Utilisation par des internes d'anesthésie-réanimation du score de Glasgow chez le traumatisé crânien

摘要: Resume Objectifs Evaluer la qualite et fiabilite de cotation l'etat conscience du patient traumatise crânien, a l'aide l'echelle coma Glasgow (score GCS), par des internes inscrits au diplome d'etudes specialisees (DES) en anesthesie-reanimation chirurgicale. Type d'etude Enquete prospective. Sujets Cent (premiere quatrieme annee d'internat). Methode Enquete, questionnaire ecrit. Differents parametres sont etudies: donnees demographiques, lieu moment score GCS, medecin effectuant cette premiere cotation, d'une ulterieure GCS qui l'a effectuee, evaluation cas d'asymetrie motrice, d'intubation tracheale, d'œdeme palpebral bilateral ou defaillance circulatoire ventilatoire. Resultats Soixante questionnaires ont pu etre exploites. L'evaluation etait entachee d'erreurs seule une minorite cotaient correctement les reponses verbale oculaire d'impossibilite d'evaluer oculaire. Enfin, le tres rarement reevalue. Conclusion Afin d'adapter prise charge patients permettre fiable therapeutiques utilisees, attention toute particuliere devrait accordee l'enseignement l'evaluation, d'un crânien.
