摘要: Methyl deficient 16S RNA from kasugamycin resistant Escherichia coli has been used to study methylation of during ribosome assembly in vitro. Methylation occurs at an intermediate stage and is inhibited a late assembly. 30S ribosomal proteins required for methylation, inhibition, have identified.
