摘要: This study aimed to investigate the mechanisms involved in Microcystis aeruginosa (M. aeruginosa) compensatory growth after moderate high-temperature stress. In experiment, M. were cultured for 3, 6, and 12 d at 35°C before being transferred normal conditions (25°C), then 30 days recovery. The algae that constantly 25°C set as control. results showed of was inhibited significantly by During recovery phase, exhibited under-compensation, over-compensation, equal-compensation, respectively. To cope with stress, implement various mechanisms, including increasing antioxidant enzyme activities chlorophyll a content; adjusting compatible solutes (soluble protein sugar). 6 has higher activities, relatively low malondialdehyde content, soluble sugar content during phase; therefore, over-compensation growth. Grey correlation analysis revealed increase a, sugar, superoxide dismutase activity play key r oles aeruginosa.
