摘要: Function and survial of plants at widely varying temperatures require, among others, a temperature-compatible fluidity organellar membranes. Some have developed adaptation mechanisms by changing membrane components. This guarantees the appropriate homeoviscous/homeophasic as required in particular temperature regimes. Due to differences lipid profiles, different lipids membranes are involved changes temperatures. A continuous from higher lower can be separated into discrete replacements critical which block next step subsequently ranges. We cloned several genes controlling biosynthesis components compartments relevant for adjustment progressively regimes (acyltransferase, glucosyltransferase). Transformation experiments towards sense/antisense expression progress prove this concept enhance cold tolerance agriculturally interesting crops.
