摘要: We present the Bayesian approach to estimating parameters associated with animal survival on basis of data arising from mark recovery and recapture studies. provide two examples, beginning a discussion band-return models examining gathered observations blue winged teal (Anas discors), ringed as nestlings. then look at open population models, focusing Cormack-Jolly-Seber model, examine this model in context set European dippers (Cinclus cinclus). The procedures are shown be straightforward convenient framework for model-averaging, which incorporates uncertainty due selection into inference process. Sufficient detail is provided so that readers who wish employ field can do ease. An example BUGS code also provided.
