摘要: INTRODUCTION Hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) caused by EV71 infection has become one of the major public health issues in China, which deeply affects children's health. The prevention control is a challenge currently because there no safe effective vaccine or antiviral medications available. MATERIAL AND METHODS A case study was conducted designated hospital to compare severe mild cases patients infected with virus. Demographic information along clinical features HFMD collected through standardized questionnaire. Multi-factorial logistic regression used analyze independent associations between potential risk factors HFMD. RESULTS There were 120 (60 60 controls) collected. male-to-female ratio 1.3: 1 group 1.7: group. revealed that main for highest body temperature being ≥ 38.5°C (OR = 9.45, 95% CI: 2.07-43.11, p < 0.05), first visited village level clinic 4.72, 1.15-19.45, etc. CONCLUSIONS Close surveillance combined laboratory testing should be place during epidemic period Grass root medical facilities training staff reinforced so diagnostic treatment capacity can improved.
