摘要: In recent years, coated implants have been actively researched and put to use in many biomedical engineering applications. The coating used on the is hydroxyapatite (HA), a calcium-phosphate compound with attractive bioactive biocompatible properties that can enhance fixation process of implants. Thermal spraying provides potent means for depositing HA coatings Among populat thermal-spray techniques are combustion-flame spray, plasma high-velocity oxy-fuel spray. This article investigates versatility perform spheroidization powders, preparation HA-based biocomposite powders coatings, deposition coatings.
