摘要: It is shown that when large products with a complex structure high integral attenuation of ultrasound are tested, it expedient to use different electronic signal-processing methods (storage, normalization, and synchronous detection) allow one increase the thickness-measurement accuracy vermicular cast iron structures poor surfaces; polymer composite ultrasonic signals tested these not only signal-to-noise ratio but measurement bottom signal. possible fully apply if multifunctional software–hardware measuring system we designed used, which capable selecting optimum set for each new product.
