摘要: The purity and titer of virus stocks used for clearance studies have a significant influence on study outcome, impact how well the scale-down model represents production-scale process. Impurities in are particularly important testing small retentive filters because these impurities may cause filter to foul prematurely, leading underestimation true throughput capability consequent inappropriate sizing production scale unit.
