摘要: 14 women with a history of taking combined oral contraceptive (norethynodrel plus mestranol) were studied and found to have vaginal candidosis which commenced after an average period 9 months from start therapy. 4 sexual contacts (men) those the pill also discovered candidosis; they had presented candidal balanoposthitis. other men clinical manifestations suggestive balanoposthitis caused by hypersensitivity their partners. Nystatin was satisfactory treatment in most cases; however 2 stop using because frequent relapses yeast infections.
