Networks, norms and trust: explaining patterns of lifelong learning in Scotland and Northern Ireland

摘要: This chapter reports on a project conducted within the Economic and Social Research Council's (ESRC's) Learning Society Programme in United Kingdom (UK). The program examined ways which lifelong learning can contribute to development of knowledge skills for employment other areas adult life. described this influence social institutional environments belief systems shape them participation achievement organised learning.
