摘要: Whilst the economic agenda continues to dominate adult learning policy, evidence from national surveys indicates that vocational and other opportunities continue be unevenly distributed according social class. This article argues concept of capital can usefully employed increase participation for adults who do not normally engage in activities workplace. Drawing research with low-skilled workers Glasgow, Scotland, explores relationship between networks workplace learning.
