摘要: One of the hurdles in development entomopathogenic fungi such as Beauveria bassiana is loss virulence when successively maintained vitro. This may result products inferior quality mass production programs. Also, there are many contradicting data and unclear points this case. Three isolates B. were subcultured 15 times.
