摘要: Icaritin has an advantage in enhancing immunity. Besides, with its anticancer effect, it may be of great help cancer treatment and recovery patients. As a result, icaritin is likely to become novel drug. However, the effect against colon not been elucidated thus far. The present study investigated latent on inhibition cell growth by regulating reactive oxygen species (ROS), B-cell lymphoma (Bcl)-2 cyclin D1/E signaling. COLO-205 line was used as model study. First, apoptosis were measured analyze cancer. Next, possible mechanism cancer, including ROS, Bcl-2, D1, E caspase-3/9, explored. results revealed that could inhibit induce cells. In addition, significantly induced ROS generation, suppressed D1 protein expression, activated caspase-3/9 activity findings demonstrated exerted antiproliferative effects through activation generation suppression
